This page is for Kilgore Halo, a shop owned by EMMA KILGORE TB INC, 313 Ford St, Ford City, PA 16226, United States.

The site is served over HTTPS with an SSL certificate. Order and account pages run on that connection.

This policy follows United States law, including the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If a state where you live gives you extra rights over your personal information, we treat a written request under those rules when it applies to us.

What we collect

We collect what you type at checkout or in an account: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, order contents, and payment confirmation.

The payment card or PayPal balance is handled by the payment company. We do not store full card numbers on our own computers.

The site also logs ordinary technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the dates of those visits.

What we use it for

We use that information to take the order, send it by USPS, email the tracking number, answer mail about the order, process a return or exchange, and keep records we are required to keep.

We use the technical log to keep the site working and to look at a chargeback or fraud report if one appears.

We do not sell your information.

We do not use your information to place ads for other companies. We do not send your name, email, or order history to an ad network. If we ever want to email you about the shop itself beyond the order you placed, we ask first. You can refuse.

Who else sees it

Shopify hosts the store. The payment processor sees what it needs to take payment. USPS sees the name and address on the label.

Those companies see only what the order requires. They are not given a list to resell.

We may disclose a record if United States law, a court, or a lawful government request requires it.

Cookies

The shop uses cookies to keep a cart, keep you signed in, and record a completed checkout. You can block cookies in your browser. The cart and checkout may stop working if you do.

How long we keep it

Order records stay as long as tax and accounting rules in the United States require. You can ask us to delete an account email. We may still keep the order line if the law says we must.

Children

This shop is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
